Youtopie – Once Upon a Time...

  Since 1993, Sophie Boissier has had one leit motiv which is the development of efficient behaviours. For 10 years, during her purchasing career, she was asked to train her colleagues, and soon after that, teams around the world. This ishow she was one of the first to facilitate "Action Trainings", concretely guiding purchasers on the field.

  From 2004 onwards, curious and persevering, she explored worldwide practices and obtained five certifications on four continents. She then had all the ingredients to formalize a better training practice.

  On the 15th of June 2007, she decided to create Youtopie.
Youtopie replaces the 'u-' of utopie (French for utopy) by 'you' to make it exist: you are the place of the realisation of your utopia. 

  The meeting with Philippe Bouchet. 
When she met Philippe Bouchet (professional sportsman and professional sports trainer, who follows men and teams in the business world), she was able to finalise the training process, developing it in analogy to sports training.
