By doing this course, I learned a lot about how to approach a difficult situation and still get the most out of it.

Presentation skills was about projecting myself to the person I was presenting to. What I want to communicate to that particular person to engage him, make and keep him interested and also project myself with confidence to him.

Both seminars were extremelly useful for me each one for its one merit, but together they gave me a new confidence.
