• We include a combination of exercises and role-play to put concepts into practice

• We use role play scenarios based on actual situations you encounter

• We video record activities so you can see for yourself what you are doing and how you are improving

• We use instructor and group feedback to help you understand your effect on others

• We facilitate group participation to help everyone improve

• We give instructor feedback specifically tailored to the needs and capabilities of each participant

We follow up your training for three months afterwards to be sure that the new skills and behaviors are reinforced - and become a natural, unconscious part of your new skill set
